We've had so many yogis coming in the doors this week after welcoming Christine Cipra and Jackie Huxel from Oak Park Yoga.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span class=&quot;yui-non&quot;&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Everybody's talking about the change of having Oak Park Yoga closing and having to find a new yoga studio. This can be a huge change for people. It had me thinking this week about how we can rarely go back to the way things were, but must continuously move forward. This can be really hard! Even when we try to go back to an old place, like an old school or place we once vacationed, we find that those places have changed! There have been changes to the building or people running it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span class=&quot;yui-non&quot;&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;I'm sure you can think of a few examples yourselves.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Even people change.             <title>Gong Immersion Was Amazing!</title>

            <description>Hey Everyone,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks to all of you who came to our gong immersion with Hank Hammerlund Wednesday night. The studio looked beautiful, lit with candles. Hank's beautiful double gong and 10+ difference sized singing bowls, drum, and rain stick (?) sounded amazing as we lied peacefully on our mats listening to and feeling the sounds and vibrations. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hank started off by explaining what she was going to do and how to be prepared for the gongs and singing bowls. She then gave us different oils to put on our third eye and hearts, and wherever else we wanted to. As the gongs started playing, we lied down on our mats in savasana, some covered with blankets or with bolsters under their knees. Our heads faced the gong.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The one hour plus of absorbing the sounds on our mats gave us all a different experience. One said it was the first time she felt pain free from arthritis in a long time. Another said it was the best night of sleep she's had in a long time, and another said all of the different sounds and instruments were a wonderful meditation for his mind. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Many said they can't wait for another gong immersion, so keep an eye our for our next. We may even need to start getting RSVPs because this event was so popular. Thanks again and thanks for reading this blog!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kelly&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
